steel, before they install.

i) quotes for a thicker sheet for gutter, delivers partly thinner
sheet gutter.
ii) contracts to solder every joint, but will skip many joints :
buyer will not know before rain comes, rain water will drip
through these joints.
iii) will fit longer gutter than necessary, so they can charge more
( on $ per foot basis ).

quotes for rustproof rivets / bolts, but will use rustable bolts so
the joints will leak in just a few months, then customer will need
him again.
