Notice the play on words, Kerry.

The statement "If we market this product without approved by the MOH?
Than we will get trouble."

This in itself does NOT mean they have MOH approval. He is merely
stating the fact that if they market the product without approval and
MOH finds out, then they will get into trouble. Breaking the law and
getting caught are two different things altogether.

You only assume.

Alot of people beat the red lights. If they get caught they get in
trouble. Would you then take beating the red light without getting
caught as approval from the Traffic Police?

Technically, approval must come in a verifiable form. With reference
numbers to check against. I am not saying they don't have approval,
possible they may have. He just did not say the words:

"Yes, we have MOH approval".

Carry on, as you were.

Dear sir,

Thanks for your comment.

First i would like to let you know that "we here are NOT the people who seem
like purposely to beating the red light without getting caught by the
Traffic Police."

We Yongjian Enterprise already run this business for more than 5 years. And
now because of want to get more authorise master dealer for this Jiang Xie
Ning ( JXN ) herb product so we try hard to done this job.

To make you all more confident to this amazing JXN product, i better
directly inform you that: "Yes, we have MOH approval".

And i would like to remind you all that what the evidences have said was
100% true.
